At EVEREVE, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Returns made after 30 days or without a receipt are eligible for store credit at the current selling price.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal; a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are attached, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
